Processing and shipping your order is our top priority.  We are alerted within minutes of orders being placed and process continually during the day.

From Monday to Friday, provided that the item is available and payment has been confirmed by us by 2pm, orders will be shipped same day.  We ship from 4 warehouses depending on stock availability.  Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped next business day.
